CellarPro 1800XTSx - Wine Cellar Cooling Unit

Designed for outdoor installations and engineered to provide maximum cooling performance for small wine cellars up to 400 cubic feet. Adjustable humidity control and optional liquid measuring bottle probe will ensure your wine collection is stored at the proper conditions at all times.

Starting with CellarPro’s 1800XTS, we’ve added the following options and upgrades to the XTSx:

An outdoor hood to protect the rear of the cooling unit from rain.
Rear condensate drain line to channel excess condensate away from the cooling unit.
Compressor heater to protect internal components from damage in cold temperatures.
Power cord modification to allow the unit to be powered from inside the wine cellar.
Coated condenser coils to protect against outdoor pollutants and extend the unit’s longevity.

Please note: the exterior hood must have at least five (5) inches of clearance on the rear side, and 18 inches of clearance below the cooling unit outside the cellar. In addition, the cooling unit requires at least eight (8) inches of clearance inside the cellar in front of the cooling unit (same as other 1800 cooling units.)

Enhanced Warranty

CellarPro 1800 Series Enhanced Warranty (SKU #1835). Designed to augment our standard warranty, our enhanced warranty provides the following additional coverage:

Supplements the standard warranty during the 5-year period
Covers the cost of all parts and labor to repair or replace defective parts during the warranty period
Covers the cost of in-home service during the warranty period (up to 2 hours per incident)
Covers shipping costs via standard ground service during the warranty period

Bottle Probe Sensor

The remote wine bottle probe is strongly recommended when the wine cooling unit will be placed remotely (ie the cold air will be ducted), and/or the cooling unit is not located near the top of the wine cellar.

The 10-foot cord allows the remote probe to be placed almost anywhere inside the wine cellar. The other side of the probe is fitted with a jack that plugs directly into the face of the wine cooling unit.

Fan-Cycling Control Switch

All CellarPro cooling units can be operated in temperatures down to 40°F without additional equipment.

Below 40°F, you must add the addition of our compressor heater, which is included as standard equipment for all outdoor hoods and cooling units, and allows CellarPro cooling units to be operated in temperatures down to 20°F.

Below 20°F, you should add the fan cycling control switch, which allows CellarPro cooling units to be operated in temperatures down to -20°F (this lower temperature limit applies to all units except for dual-power valve-control split systems, which can be operated down to 0°F with the addition of the fan cycling control switch).

Filter + Frame Kit

Imagine - no more coils to clean! Our filter frame has magnets to hold the filter snugly in place, thereby trapping dust and particles before they gum up the condenser coils.

When the filter becomes dirty, simply pull out the frame, replace the dirty filter with a clean one, and return the frame to the cooling unit. The fiber orientation and graduated density of this filter are designed to capture more dust and particles than other synthetic filters. The media is bonded with a fire retardent resin, and meets UL Class 2 flame retardance requirements.

Mounting Clips (2-Pack)

CellarPro Mounting Clips for 1800 Series. Two mounting clips can attach anywhere along the front of CellarPro 1800 cooling units and offer predrilled slots for bolting to the ceiling of the wine cellar or wine cabinet. Framing is required in or above the ceiling.

Limited Warranty Policy for CellarPro Cooling Systems

1800 QTL / QT / XT / XTS / H (110V Models): For five years from the date of purchase, your CellarPro warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any components in the wine cooling unit that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship.

1800 XT-220V, 1800 XTx-220V, 1800XTS 220V, 1800H 220V: For two years from the date of purchase, your CellarPro warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any components in the wine cooling unit that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship.

1800 XTSx, 2000 VSi/VSx, 3200 VSi/VSx, 4200 VSi/VSx, 6200 VSi/VSx, 8200 VSi/VSx (110V Models): For five years from the date of purchase, your CellarPro warranty covers the internal compressor if it proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In addition, for two years from the date of purchase, your CellarPro warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any components in the wine cooling unit that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship.

2000VS 220V, 3000S 220V / 4000S 220V / 4200VSi 220V / 4200VSx 220V: For one year from the date of purchase, your CellarPro warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any components in the wine cooling unit that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Split Systems (115V Models) / Air Handlers: For five years from the date of purchase, your CellarPro warranty covers the internal compressor if it proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In addition, for two years from the date of original delivery, your CellarPro warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any components in the wine cooling unit that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. For all split systems, the warranty will not be activated until the Split System Support and Data Service Sheet has been completed and submitted to CellarPro. The warranty period starts from the time of purchase, regardless of the time of activation.

For all products covered by the terms of this warranty, CellarPro will repair or replace the original cooling unit with a new or refurbished cooling unit and, once replaced, the original cooling unit must be returned to CellarPro.

All service provided by CellarPro under the above warranty must be performed by CellarPro or a designated repair facility unless otherwise specified by CellarPro. Purchaser is responsible for shipping the wine cooling unit to and from CellarPro or to and from a designated repair facility, and for removing and reinstalling the wine cooling unit from the wine cellar.

The limited warranty applies only to wine cooling units purchased from the factory or an authorized dealer. Damage caused by others or by any cause beyond the control of CellarPro, shall not be considered defects in material or workmanship and are not covered by the warranty. The limited warranty does not cover any parts or labor to correct any defect caused by negligence, commercial use, accident, or improper use, maintenance, installation, service or repair.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE FOR EACH WARRANTY ARE THE ONLY ONES, WHICH CELLARPRO WILL PROVIDE, EITHER UNDER THESE WARRANTIES OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW. CELLARPRO WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
